Marketing Operations Coordinator

PaydayPERX is the national leader in at-work marketing. We specialize in connecting brands to targeted audiences inside the corporate borders using traditional and digital marketing tactics. Our partners include some of the largest print manufacturers, payroll companies, and tax preparer companies in the US. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Location: Gahanna, Ohio 

Job Description:

This position oversees the daily operations of PaydayPERX’s advertising programs, including print and online programs. The Marketing Operations Coordinator works closely with the Director of Marketing to implement campaigns and ensure their success. This position is responsible for the day-to-day mechanics of our customers’ advertising campaigns and subsequent reporting. The Marketing Operations Coordinator needs to be a skilled project manager, who is highly detail-oriented and able to interface with sales, clients, creatives and financial professionals.

Responsibilities:

Print Programs:

  • Manage and execute annual tax coupon print and online program including:
    • Working with Sales team to acquire new and existing reservations.
    • Working with Sales team and Graphic Designer to have artwork created/approved.
    • Verifying quantities and specifications, obtaining art and order approvals, approving printer proofs.
    • Managing and tracking shipping.
    • Tracking and reporting on program success, including gathering redemption statistics and other success metrics from clients.
    • Working closely with finance to track and report on program finances.
  • Maintain relationships with print partners, vendors, and aggregators throughout the year.
  • Manage bi-monthly payroll print coupon program including plotting ads, working with customers to place print orders, working with printers to print and ship payroll stock and work with finance to properly track and invoice the program.
  • Work closely with finance to track and report on print programs, including maintaining detailed knowledge of pricing, revenue share programs, current print costs, and other financial factors surrounding the print programs.

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Manage PaydayPERX’s affiliate marketing efforts for PaydayPERX’s proprietary online portals including mining new marketing opportunities, maintaining timely affiliate marketing deals, and providing reporting on affiliate marketing programs.

Online Programs:

  • Place and maintain advertising campaigns on PaydayPERX proprietary online portals
  • Manage contest program for PaydayPERX proprietary online portals
  • Manage reporting for online programs

Other Marketing Operations:

  • Maintain campaign calendar for all print, digital and other marketing campaigns to ensure entire company knows what campaigns are currently in progress, reporting cadence, etc.
  • Manage the implementation of call center, workplace and other miscellaneous marketing initiatives.

Reporting:

  • Tracking and reporting on on-going campaigns for internal and external audiences

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field; or 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Google Analytics GA4
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with Hubspot and Monday.com preferred
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in Gahanna, OH
  • Limited travel to customer sites may be required
